I’ve lived in Northern BC for the past several years, but have also resided in areas of Vancouver Island and the Kootenays. I've experienced the different lifestyles our beautiful province has to offer - living year round with barely any snow, seafood to your heart's content, tubing the beautiful Slocan River, and grizzly bear encounters........extremely terrifying and NOT recommended!

In addition to being an Accredited Mortgage Professional of Canada I hold a Diploma in Management and am currently working towards the completion of my Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

If you have equity in your existing home and are needing access to funds to purchase another home, complete renovations, fund post-secondary education, pay off high interest debt, or even lower your monthly mortgage payment, we can take a look at the numbers and you can decide if refinancing your existing mortgage would be a good option for you.

renewals & Transfers

When your mortgage comes up for renewal, this is a great time to get ahold of me so I can take a look at all the options available to you, and if it makes sense, we can transfer your mortgage to a different lender.

As your mortgage is up for renewal, there will be no prepayment penalties to transfer to a new lender.
